Agility vs. Theory: Traditional leadership training is academic. Our approach is operational. We don't just teach "leadership theory"; we work to rewire the mindsets that are producing limiting thoughts, behaviors and stifling execution.
Your most powerful career asset is already within your mind.
You have the relentless drive of a top performer, but you are currently stalled at a critical career juncture, hitting a personal Readiness Gap.
The challenge is not a lack of talent or desire, but an absence of the strategic framework required for advancement.
We believe your most powerful asset is already within your mind. The path to your next leadership role is not about adding more skills, but what you need to rewire in order to strategically formulate and execute on the ideas that will produce the goals you’re aiming to achieve.

I believe we are all leaders whether formal or informal… of at least our own lives, so let’s start there...
“I am a leader who believes in advocacy through connecting people to resources so they can thrive. I believe in hard work and operating through principles that produce real results. Ultimately, leadership is about character development: the better you are as a person, the better you are as a leader.”
Autumn Tuxward’s career is the embodiment of her philosophy. Her expertise is vast, spanning the public and private sectors, public safety, education, and workforce development. She is a master of navigating complex environments, having charted a path defined by rigorous self-improvement and steadfast dedication. Relying on a foundation of faith, continued education, and strategy, she broke historical barriers to become the first Black Female Paramedic Lieutenant in New Castle County Emergency Medical Services’ history.
But for Autumn, the title was never the destination—the impact was. Her leadership is defined by transformation. In one pivotal role, she took command of a platoon of 24 employees facing low morale, poor cohesion, and high absenteeism. Through her focus on advocacy and standards, she engineered a complete turnaround. Within six months, team cohesion and morale surged; within a year, her unit maintained the lowest absenteeism rate across the organization for two consecutive years. This environment of support drove results: productivity increased, division-wide involvement skyrocketed, and under her mentorship, over 10 individuals earned promotions or successfully pursued advanced career opportunities.
This ability to build systems that support human potential is her signature. As the architect of the division's first internal training academy, she revolutionized the retention model. By replacing outdated training styles with her new methodology, she reduced the recruit attrition rate from 33% to 25%, transforming employees with zero experience into fully practicing professionals.
Autumn’s competence spans industries because her skills are rooted in universal principles. She is a proven crisis coordinator who has directed logistics for large-scale operations affecting over 400,000 residents. She is an expert project manager who has successfully orchestrated everything from community block parties to multi-million dollar budgets. Whether working in government or tech education, she specializes in "connecting the dots"—aligning an organization's culture and goals with the strategic solutions necessary to make them a reality.
She backs this extensive field experience with rigorous preparation. Autumn is a Command and Leadership graduate and former instructor, a graduate of the elite Leadership Delaware program (Class of 2023), a TEDX speaker, and a Certified Facilitator (ATD). Her insights have been codified in published leadership articles and playbooks for major institutions like The Rockefeller Foundation.
Her commitment to excellence has commanded broad range recognition. Autumn has been honored with a Proclamation of Excellence designating "Lt. Autumn Tuxward Day" , the Jefferson Award for Public Service , the Goodwill Partner of the Year , the Women in Leadership Award and the ReaList Award for being one of 2024’s most influential connectors.
When you partner with Autumn, you are not just getting a consultant; you are getting a mentor who has lived the material. She offers a rare blend of strategic competence and human connection, helping individuals and organizations do the hard work of character development and strategic preparation to build a lasting legacy.
